2024 Tesla Model 3 deliveries begin in Australia
The first Australian customer example of the facelifted Tesla Model 3 electric car has reportedly been delivered.
Customer deliveries of the updated 2024 Tesla Model 3 have reportedly commenced in Australia after the first examples arrived for display and test drives.
Photos posted to Facebook show it is a white Rear-Wheel Drive on entry-level 18-inch wheels, which has reportedly already been sent to Lucky Five Motorsport, a customisation workshop in Melbourne specialising in Tesla vehicles, for unspecified modifications.
Deliveries are due to ramp up in the coming weeks, customers waiting in the queue report on social media.
The first examples of the updated Model 3 arrived in Australia mid last month for display in showrooms and customer test drives – as well as evaluation by media, including Drive – in the weeks which followed.
Prices start from $61,900 plus on-road costs for the Rear-Wheel Drive, or $71,900 plus on-road costs for the Long Range. A new Performance model is due in the first half of 2024.
