Leaked: Audi’s new A3 sedan
300kW concept previews next-generation A3 small car – and a new four-door variant.
Images of Audi's new A3 sedan have been leaked online ahead of the car's unveiling at the Geneva motor show later tonight.
The images show a new sedan version of the next-generation A3, which has seen a range of changes including the brand's now-signature open-mouth grille.
It also borrows a few styling cues from its bigger A4 and A6 sedan siblings (in particular, the sleek elongated-looking body and curvy, almost coupe-like roof).
Those eye-catching 20-inch wheels point to the intentions of the new A3 concept, which is reportedly fitted with a high-performance 2.5-litre turbocharged five-cylinder engine producing 300kW of power and 500Nm of torque.
Power is reportedly sent to all four wheels via Audi's Quattro technology, with the grunt making it to the ground via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Stay tuned for more information on the Audi A3.
